Dr. Radloff is a board certified family physician specializing in sports medicine and non-surgical orthopedics. An Albuquerque native, Dr. Radloff joined the Summit Center in 2004. Dr. Radloff has experience treating athletes at all levels from high school to professional. She is currently a Team Physician for the Northern Arizona University Athletics Program and the NAU Women’s Volleyball and Basketball teams, and routinely sees visiting international and US Olympic athletes training in Flagstaff.  She is committed to getting athletes back to their sport as soon as possible, with an emphasis on patient education, physical therapy and injury prevention, and works in conjunction with her colleagues when surgical care is needed.

She and her husband Karl, have a daughter Annaliese, and enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, skiing, cycling, and traveling in their free time.
