FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Senior distance runner Futsum Zienasellassie and sophomore diver Tanya Kurach were among the big winners at Monday night's Fourth Annual Louie's Awards hosted by the Northern Arizona Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Zienasellassie and Kurach were named the Male and Female Athletes of the Year respectively at the end-of-year awards show at NAU's Prochnow Auditorium.

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona Cheer and Dance teams have announced their tryout dates for the 2017-18 academic year. Tryouts for next year's squads will be held in NAU's Health and Learning Center on April 14 and 15.
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Northern Arizona University’s NCAA Graduation Success Rate of 84 leads the Big Sky Conference, according to a national report released Tuesday. The NCAA developed the GSR for Division I institutions in 2002 in response to college and university presidents who wanted more accurate graduation data. NAU’s rate is the second-highest in the state of Arizona amongst the Regent institutions.
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona University cheer squad participated this past weekend in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. The race took place in downtown Phoenix, where the Lumberjack team encouraged the participants along the way, while showing their NAU spirit.
