FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona Athletics department continues to give back to the community of Flagstaff. Throughout the month of April, every Thursday, the Northern Arizona women's soccer team will host a free soccer clinic at Lumberjack Stadium.
"The Thursday night community clinic is a chance for us to give back to the local soccer community," said Luciano. "It is an opportunity for our players to integrate with the local youth. It is a fantastic way for us to showcase our program and try to help mold future players."
Every Thursday night in April from 6:30-7:30 p.m. kids from the age of 5-13 will be able to take the field at Lumberjack Stadium and receiving training from Luciano and his 2014 Big Sky Championship squad.
Last year, over 200 kids participated in the clinic as they are broken up into age groups and will go through an hour of drills and will be provided with tips on how to improve their game.
