Swimming and Diving Travels to Arizona for Double Dual

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Northern Arizona women's swimming and diving returns to action in a double dual against Arizona and Oregon State.  The team enters the pool at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 7.

The women will compete for the first time since Dec. 18 when the team traveled to Arizona State.  NAU lost 150-68 but had positive results from several Lumberjacks including Taryn Harris and Jaclyn Branning.

The Lumberjacks took on Arizona and Oregon State last season in the same double dual in Tucson. 

NAU has another double dual against UNLV and UC Santa Barbara on Saturday, Jan. 22.  The diving team will face UNLV again the following week which completes the regular season for both teams.  The women will be off for a few weeks preparing for the Western Athletic Conference Championships in San Antonio, Texas in late February.

In all, the department participated with more than 20 different organizations and/or events.
