Blaise Ferro was named the Big Sky Indoor Men's Most Valuable Athlete at the conclusion of the 2019 conference indoor track & field championship meet in Bozeman, Mont. on Saturday, Feb. 23. Ferro accounted for 22 points, including an individual gold medal win in the 3000m race, as the Lumberjack men rolled to an eighth straight Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championship. Ferro won the 3000m race with a time of 8:28.90 and also placed third in both the mile (4:12.27) and 5000m (14:41.83).
