Taryn O'Neill, in her Lumberjack debut, placed 13th overall in the women's 5K race at the John McNichols Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind. on Saturday, Sept. 21. The Villanova transfer compiled a time of 17:08.4 in her first race as a Lumberjack, leading the NAU women's cross country team to an impressive fifth-place finish with 112 points. The only four teams that finished ahead of NAU were teams that resided in the top eight of the national rankings.
