Mikayla Malaspina totaled 28 points toward the NAU women's track & field team's Big Sky Indoor Championship last weekend in Pocatello, Idaho. She placed first in the 3000m, first in the 5000m and second in the mile, narrowly missing becoming the fifth Big Sky woman to be a triple indoor champion in a single year. She set new personal-bests in the mile (4:54.78) and 3000m (9:47.05) and overall accounted for over 27 percent of the Lumberjacks' total team points of 103.
