Madeline Waszak recorded her first two goals of the season last weekend in the 2017 Mountain Classic after playing more than 120 minutes of soccer. She was named the Big Sky's Offensive Player of the Week following game-winning goals. Last Friday, she scored 10 minutes into the second half giving NAU its only goal of the game against Detroit Mercy. On Sunday, she scored within the first minute of the game, picking up her fourth career goal and second of the season against Nevada.
