Oosterhous. Air Force enters the match at 1-1, having lost to
Denver, 6-1, and defeated Northern Colorado, 7-0, two weeks ago.
Freshman Lance Wilhelm leads the Falcons at No. 1 singles, posting
a 2-0 record thus far in his young career.
The Falcons competed with Northern Arizona at the Balloon Fiesta
Classic during the fall season. Junior David Flodberg played three
matches against Falcon players, totaling a 2-1 record, while
Ramadier, Pezzutto, freshman Patrick Schimmelbauer and freshman

Scouting Northern Colorado
Northern Arizona will play its first of five Big Sky road contests
in 2010 on Sunday in Greeley. The Bears have been swept, 7-0, in
both of their matches this season, falling first at Denver before
the aforementioned 7-0 home defeat at the hands of Air Force. The
Bears have not won a singles match and have been victorious in just
one of six doubles matches thus far. Sophomore Calix Van Lier leads
the Bears at No.1 singles, as the UNC roster has just six members
under first-year head coach Tim Bearman.
Northern Colorado was picked to finish eighth in the Big Sky
coaches preseason poll. NAU players combined to go 2-2 against foes
from Northern Colorado in the Balloon Fiesta Classic in October,
with both losses coming against Van Lier. The Lumberjacks are a
perfect 7-0 against Northern Colorado all-time, including a 7-0 win
in Flagstaff last season.
