FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Northern Arizona women's basketball hosts Weber State on Thurs., Feb. 10 in the Rolle Activity Center at 6:35 p.m.  Any NAU student that attends the four remaining women's home basketball games will be entered into a drawing to win an Apple iPad, iPod and other great prizes at the last game year on February 26th.

NAU (7-15, 2-7 BSC) enters this week's two-game homestand with the hope its current losing streak.  The women defeated Montana on Jan. 13 in the Rolle Activity Center but have since dropped their last six Big Sky Conference games.

The women lost last week at Montana State and Montana.  Last Thursday, NAU fell 80-64 to the Bobcats after holding a 27-22 lead at halftime.  Montana State shot 65 percent in the second half to storm back for the win.

On Saturday, NAU was unable to pick up its sweep over Montana falling to the Lady Griz, 84-61, in Missoula.

The Lumberjacks Amy Patton enters the week as the Big Sky Conference's leading scoring with 16.9 points per game.  Patton, who led the conference in scoring and rebounding as a freshman, has scored in double digits twelve games in a row.

The game will be broadcast live on Fox College Sports Pacific and NAU's Universityhouse.  The game broadcast on Fox College Sports Pacific can be found on DirecTV channel 623 or fans with Dish Network can catch the game on channel 9411, NAU's Universityhouse channel.

Thursday's game is also True Blue NAU Night.  Fans wearing NAU gear will be eligible for a buy one ticket get one free promotion.

DID YOU KNOW…Junior All-American David McNeill finished second and fellow junior Jordan Chipangama placed fifth to lead the Northern Arizona men's cross country team to its second fourth-place finish in three years and third consecutive Top 10 finish at the 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships.
