Bostrom Wins Gold Medal at World Orienteering Championships

FINLAND – Former Northern Arizona cross country and track & field star Mårten Boström won the gold medal in the Sprint Event of the World Orienteering Championships today. The race, which was held in Boström's home country of Finland, saw the native run away from his competitors with higher running speed on the longer legs. Boström won the race by 17 seconds.
