NEW ORLEANS, La. – Northern Arizona men's cross country holds steady at second in the mountain regional poll again this week. Pulling out their A-team for the first time, the 'Jacks finished first ahead of No. 20 UCLA and No. 6 Stanford.
With the season still heating up, the rankings remained unchanged from last week with Colorado – yet to reveal their top squad – at number one.
As for Big Sky competition, Southern Utah and Weber State are inside the top-10 at No. 5 and No. 10.
The women dropped a spot in this week's ranking, but stay in the top-5 and first amongst Big Sky members in the region.
The Lumberjacks take this week off before the women head to Pre-Nationals on Oct. 17 and the men to the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational on Oct. 18.
