FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Northern Arizona track & field and cross country welcome six during this fall's early signing period.
The sprints team welcomes Clarissa Maxey from Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas and Isaiah Kennedy, a transfer from Mt. Sac Community College. Distance brings in three out of high school: Jimmy Fitzgerald (Oxnard, Calif.), Mikayla Malaspina (Caldwell, Idaho) and Miranda Myers (Sacramento, Calif.). Throws is joined by incoming freshman Brady Williams from Henderson, Nev.
"For this being the first year of having the early signing period back, I thought we did a phenomenal job of getting athletes in many different areas from the throws to the sprints to distance," said Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Eric Heins.
