Roehler Picks Up College Sports Madness All-America Honors

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Northern Arizona true freshman Griffin Roehler was named to the College Sports Madness All-American Third Team the organization announced. It is the first All-America honor of Roehler's career.
The All-Big Sky First Team placekicker is a native of Litchfield Park, Ariz. Roehler made 13 of 16 field goal attempts, including a season-long of 40 yards. He led NAU in scoring with 83 points and had 68 kickoffs for an average of 61.7 yards per kick with 26 resulting in a touchback.
Roehler was one of 11 players in the FCS to make four or more field goals in a single game. His performance against Weber State led to Big Sky Weekly honors, becoming one of only three Lumberjacks to be named player of the week in 2016.
