OGDEN, Utah - Northern Arizona's match-up on the road at Montana State on Oct. 8 will be televised on ROOT SPORTS™, as DIRECTV SPORTS Networks and the Big Sky Conference announced its telecast schedule for the upcoming 2016 season.

This will mark the fifth year of a multi-year partnership between ROOT SPORTS and the Big Sky Conference. All 10 Big Sky Conference football games will be produced and televised in high-definition, with many of the games available in both the Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions.

"We are pleased to continue our strong partnership with the Big Sky Conference, and we look forward to another entertaining and exciting football season in 2016," said Mark Jorgensen, SVP/General Manager of ROOT SPORTS. "Big Sky football continues to be programming that our viewers desire."

NAU is 4-1 all-time on ROOT TV. It will be the first time the Lumberjacks and Bobcats will face off on the network.
