LAFYETTE, LA. (February 16, 2019) – The Northern Arizona men's tennis team ended the Cajun invite with a 4-0 loss to the host school the University of Louisiana. The loss moves the Lumberjacks to 1-2 in the invite and 3-4 on the season.

Maciej Bogusz said.
In the 4-0 loss, the 'Jacks fell behind in doubles as they lost both the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles matches. NAU's No.3 doubles pair of
Lucas Taylor and Facunda Tumosa were leading their match with a score of 5-4 but were unable to finish.
In singles, Northern Arizona fell in the first three completed matches. The 'Jacks No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 singles did not finish their matches due to the score being 4-0.
"It was a very close match as I thought we built some good momentum at the end and guys were making runs," Bogusz said. "We need to do a better job converting opportunities we create."
Northern Arizona will be back in action next weekend on Feb. 22 and Feb. 23 against UNLV and Gonzaga University.
