JUMPS
Northern Arizona had a successful day on both the men's and women's side of things in the jumps events at Bryan Clay. Rayford and McLeod both set new PR's in the Long Jump. Rayford's mark of 7.56m earned him the second best men's mark of the outdoor season in the Big Sky Conference; McLeod took the top women's mark in the conference with a 6.16m leap made on her fifth attempt.
Obang Odol cleared his best height of the 2019 outdoor season in the Men's High Jump competition at 2.01m, which was made on his last attempt at that mark.
SPRINTS/HURDLES
Christopher Grant came in a tie for 12th-place in the Men's 100m Dash with a time of 10.55. Grant currently owns the top time in the conference; his performance at Bryan Clay would have been the third best time in the conference had he not already owned the top spot.
Khalil Dorsey set a new PR in the 100m Dash at 10.76, besting his previous PR of 10.80 set at last years Baldy Castillo Invite.
Carter Bracken set a new PR in the Men's 400m Hurdles event. His time of 53.78 was a big improvement over his previous personal best of 53.85 set at the Bobcat Invite in late March.
Tyren Wolfe had a top-10 finish in the Men's 200m Dash. Wolfe placed ninth with a time of 21.22.
Jasmine Malone had a top-20 performance in the Women's 200m Dash coming in 20th-place at 24.27.

Beamish, Grijalva and Quax each set new PR's in the Men's 1500m Run Invitational on Friday. The trio's performances earned them the top-three spots in the current Big Sky Conference standings with Beamish (3:39.15) in first, Grijalva (3:39.52) in second and Quax in third (3:39.84).
Tyler Day and
Blaise Ferro both set new PR's in the 1500m Run Invitational as well. Day registered a time of 3:46.21, while Ferro came in at 3:48.74.
In the Men's 1500m Run
James Fitzgerald set a new PR with a time of 3:54.71. The junior topped his PR of 3:56.47 that was set at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Championships.
Pipi Eitel and
Hannah Behunin had impressive races in the Women's 1500m Run Invitational and each earned a new PR for their efforts. Eitel's time of 4:23.43 was a huge improvement over her previous PR of 4:27.48 set at last years Bryan Clay Invite; Behunin had just as substantial of an improvement with a time of 4:24.75 beating her previous best of 4:28.65 that was also set at the 2018 Bryan Clay Invite. Eitel at the time of publication now owns the top time in the conference by over three seconds compared to any non-NAU runner with Behunin taking the second spot on the list.
Emma Sjolund had a notable performance in the Women's 1500m Run setting a new PR at 4:33.70, which was an improvement over her previous PR of 4:36.58 set at the Sun Angel Classic earlier in April. Sjolund would finish eighth overall in the 1500m Run.
