BOSTON, Mass. (March 7, 2023) – Garret Bernt began the Lumberjacks' hunt for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championship title with a third-place finish in the weight throw.
Bernt's throw of 23.09 meters was a personal best, while also earning him six points and first-team All-American honors. His mark is also both a school and Big Sky conference record in the weight throw.
Competition will resume tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. MST with Colin Sahlmnan in the preliminary round of the mile. A full meet schedule can be found on our website. Live results can be found
