FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (Jan. 22, 2026) - The Northern Arizona University women's swimming and diving team hits the road Saturday, heading four hours east along Interstate 40 to Albuquerque for a non-conference dual against University of New Mexico at Seidler Natatorium.
NAU enters the weekend riding strong momentum in the all-time series, holding a 7-4 advantage over the Lobos since the programs first met in 2012. The Lumberjacks have won four straight meetings, including a dominant 183-102 victory last season in Flagstaff - the largest margin of victory in the series. NAU also earned a 172-120 road win in Albuquerque during the 2022-23 season.
Historically, the matchup has produced competitive results, with Northern Arizona claiming six wins in the last 10 meetings while averaging 156.3 points per meet over the span.
The Lumberjacks are coming off a standout performance from senior diver Mackenna Stocker, who was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Female Athlete of the Week following a stellar showing on the boards. Her recognition highlights the continued strength of NAU's diving group as the team builds momentum entering the second half of the season.
Saturday's meet serves as another key road test as Northern Arizona continues its non-conference slate ahead of postseason preparation.
Live results will be available on DiveMeets, with real-time swim results also accessible via Meet Mobile.
