2011 Track & Field: Appeared in four meets due to injury his third season ... Made the most of his time on the track during the indoor season, recording three personal-best times ... Doubled up at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meter run and the 5K, scoring a fourth-place finish in the 3K (8:14.56@) and fifth overall in the 5K ... Ran a career-best 5,000- meter mark at the Husky Classic with a time of 14:35.69 ... Collected an altitude-adjusted time of 4:16.68 in the mile at the Lumberjack Invitational.
2010 Cross Country: Closed out cross country season at the NCAA Championships, finishing 141st overall, and eight-place improvement from 2009, in a time of 31:30.9 ... Finished 32nd overall, and fifth on the team, at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships ... Recorded career-best 10K time of 30:48.7 at the Mountain Regional from Salt Lake City, Utah, and improved six spots from a year ago ... Placed 11th overall on the team at the Big Sky Championships, completing the 8K course in 22:27.3 ... Ran to a 61st-place finish (24:33.1) in the 'blue' race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals, 31 spots better than his 2009 performance ... Aided men's team to third-place finish at the Stanford Invitational after finishing 23rd in personal- best 8K time of 24:23 ... Finished fourth overall (26:36.4) at the George Kyte Classic to open season.
2010 Track & Field: In his second track season, collected three personal best times in the 1500m (4:07.30), 5,000m (14:42.24) and the 10,000m (29:58.31) ... Ended the 2010 outdoor season with the 65th-best time in the 10K in the West Region ... Finished third overall at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10K (30:04.20@) to earn first career Big Sky medal ... Followed up 10K performance with a sixth-place finish in the 5K to score nine points during the championships ... 10K personal record came at the Mt. SAC Relays when he finished 19th overall in the Olympic development heat ... Recorded best 3,000-meter time of the indoor season at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (8:38.63@).
2009 Cross Country: Enjoyed breakout sophomore campaign, participating in six races for the Lumberjacks, including a trip to the NCAA Cross Country Championships ... Finished 149th overall in the race, recording a 10,000-meter best time of 31:21.7 on the course ... Placed 38th, sixth on the team, at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships in a time of 31:25.2 ... Recorded third top-10 finish of the season at the Big Sky Championships, finishing eighth overall (25:58.5) to earn All-Big Sky honors ... In his first career trip to Terre Haute, Ind., finished 92nd overall in the "blue" race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals ... Finished ninth overall at the Aztec Invite (26:21) ... 2009 Track and Field: Recorded times of 4:47.31 in the mile, and 9:04.66 in the 3,000 during the indoor season. In the 3,000 steeplechase, had season-best time of 9:45.18 in outdoor campaign.
2008 Cross Country: In first full season with the Lumberjacks he ran in three races ... Placed 86th overall (26:25) at Cowboy Jamboree ... In the Aztec Invitational placed 75th (26:37) ... Recorded a time of 26:45.5 in George Kyte Classic.
