2011 Cross Country: Took the course for the first time in two years, after missing all of 2010 due to injury ... Was the only female Lumberjack runner to compete in six races ... Was a solid contributor to the team score in all six meets, beginning with her 19th-place effort at the George Kyte Classic ... Best 5K mark came at the Dave Murray Invitational, where she finished in 18:05.0 (14th) ... Closed out her NAU cross country career with two postseason meets, the Big Sky Championships and the NCAA Mountain Regionals, where she finished 18th (18:44.28) and 62nd (22:53.3), respectively.
2011 Track & Field: Competed during the outdoor season in her fourth season with the Lumberjacks ... Closed out the year with an eighth-place finish in the 1,500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:33.00 ... Also competed in the 5,000-meter run, and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay that finished seventh overall ... Ran a personal-best 5K time at the Beach Invitational (17:41.58) and top 800-meter run came at the Sun Devil Open (2:16.31).

2010 Track & Field: Competed only during the indoor season for the Lumberjacks … Atthe Big Sky Indoor Championships, scored 15 points over the course of three events … Ranthe anchor leg (mile) of the second-place distance medley relay team … Took seventhplace in the 3,000-meter run, the first of her career (9:58.56@) … Closed out weekend witha fourth-place finish in the mile (4:57.55@) … Nearly matched personal best in the mile atthe Husky Classic, finishing in a time of 4:47.13 … Turned in a time of 5:01.60@ at theMountain T's Invitational in Flagstaff … Opened season at the Friday Night Challenge inthe Walkup Skydome, collecting times of 2:24.88@ in the 800m and 5:12.81@ in the mile.
2009 Cross Country: Concluded sophomore season having run in six races for the Lumberjacks … Finished fifth on the team at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships in a time of 22:28.1 … Claimed All-Big Sky honors for the first time in career with a sixth-place finish (19:54.9) at the Big Sky Championships … Was fourth on the team (85th overall) in the "white" race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet, finishing with a time of 21:58.2… Took 26th-place at the Cowboy Jamboree in best 5K time of the season (18:08.9) …Turned in a time of 18:39 to finish fifth overall at the Aztec Invite … Began season with ninth-place finish at the George Kyte Classic (18:25.1).
2009 Track & Field: Capped off successful sophomore campaign with a trip to the West Region Outdoor Championships where she finished 15th in the 1,500-meter prelims (4:28.76) ... Ran the 800m and mile events during the indoor season, and competed in both at the Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Scored in both events for the Lumberjacks, finishing seventh in the 800m (2:20.17@) and fifth in the mile (4:58.20@) ... At the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, took third place in the 1,500m (4:28.22@) and seventh in the 800m (2:18.13@).
2008 Cross Country: Ran in six meets in initial season at NAU … Recorded Four top-20 finishes on the season … Placed 33rd at Mountain Region with season-best 6K time(21:26.3) and 213th at NCAA Championships (22:06.9) … Finished 11th overall at the Big Sky Conference Championships in best 5K time of the season (17:41) … Placed 18th overall at the Cowboy Jamboree (21:57) … Ran to a 13th-place finish, and third on the team, at the Aztec Invitational (18:31) … Finished a season-best third at the George Kyte Invitational to open up cross country career as a Lumberjack (18:43.7).
2008 Track & Field: During the her first year with the Lumberjacks, competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Competed in the 800 and 1,500-meter events, collecting season-best marks in both events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships ... Finished fifth in the 1,500m in 4:27.54, and placed seventh in the 800-meter run (2:14.80).

South Coast League Athlete of the Year 2007 … Earned Coaches Award and All-League honors in Soccer in 2006-07 ...Holds school record in 800m and 4x400 … Soccer team won league all four years … Track team won league three-of-four years and cross county once … 2006 state champion in 800m, as well as top-five finish in 2005 and top 10 in 2007 ...
