Season-best came at the ASU Invitational where he threw for 187'10", good for 12th best in the Big Sky all season... Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships where he finished 11th.
High School: A 2012 graduate of Chandler High, where he competed in football and track & field for four years and lacrosse for one year ... Was one of the most dominant throwers in the state of Arizona throughout high school under coach Stephan Carson ... Compiled two individual state titles, one each in the javelin and the discus ... Competed in the 2011 USA World Youth Track and Field Trials, winning the boys' javelin, as well as the 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Championships and the 2012 Junior Olympic National Championships, all for the Arizona Puma Track Club ...
