2015 Track & Field: Won her heat in the mile at the Iowa State Classic with a career-best time of 4:55.25 ... Put up points for the 'Jacks with her seventh-place finish in the women's mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships and with her all-conference performance in the women's distance medley relay.
2014 Track & Field: Competed at five meets for NAU during the indoor season... Ran a season-best 5:20.55 in the mile at the NAU Last Chance meet... Was a member of the DMR team, helping the Lumberjacks to a fifth place finish at the Don Kirby Elite with a time of 12:29.26... Competed at five meets during the outdoor season... Best performance came at the UC Irvine Spring Break meet where she was clocked at 2:16.74 in the 800m run... Ran a season-best 4:40.87 in the 1500m run at the Beach Invitational...
2013 Track & Field: Ran just twice indoors as she came back from injury, finding a season-best mile time of 5:25.39@ at the NAU Tune-Up ... Found abundant success moving ahead to the outdoor season, ultimately cutting nearly seven seconds off her previous PR in the 800 meters ... Career best in the 800m came at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, where she ran 2:12.93 to take 14th in the prelims ... Also bettered her 1,500m PR at Big Sky Outdoors, running 4:36.94 to take 15th in the prelims and close out her sophomore campaign.

2012 Track & Field: In her first track season with the Lumberjacks, she qualified for Big Sky Indoors with a 5:08.80@ in the mile at the NAU Tune-Up ... Just missed earning team points with a ninth-place finish at the conference meet, but scored with the fifth-place women’s DMR squad ... During outdoor season competed in the middle-distance 800 and 1,500-meter runs, where she posted the No. 4 times on the team in both ... Ran a 2:16.51 in the 800 at the Double Dual, and posted a career-best 4:39.24 at the Beach Invite ... Ended her first outdoor conference meet with a 14th-place finish in the 1,500m.
2011 Cross Country: Competed in three meets in her inaugural season with the Lumberjacks ... Finished 33rd at the George Kyte Classic in Flagstaff (20:11.3) ... Ran her best time of the season at the Dave Murray Invitation in Tucson, finishing 27th in a time of 19:09.0 ... Closed out her season at the Grand Canyon Invitational with her first top-15 finish, placing 14th in a time of 19:20.9.
High School: Graduated from Greenway High School in 2011 ... Earned First Team All-State honors three times for cross country ('08-'10) ... Was named Black Canyon Region Athlete of the Year three times, once in track and twice in cross country, and was the 2009 Black Canyon Region champion in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m ... Holds a school record in the 4x800-meter relay and the distance medley relay along with her twin sister, Kayla.
