2015: Finished fifth in the women's mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a career-best time of 5:07.29 ... Named All-Big Sky in the women's distance medley relay ... Finished third in the 800m at the NAU Tune-Up with a season-best time of 2:16.74

2014: NAU's top women's middle distance athlete ... Best indoor performance came at the Iowa State Classic where she was clocked at 2:21.98 in the 800m run ... Scored at the Big Sky Indoor Championships finishing seventh in the 800m run with a time of 2:15.37 ... Had a solid outdoor season ... Helped the Lumberjack women's 4x400 relay team to an eighth place finish at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships ... Competed in the 800m run at the conference championships ... Ran a career-best 2:12.77 in the 800m run at the Double Dual Meet

High School: Varsity Girls Track and Field Dual Meet League Champions freshman-senior year … San Mateo Daily Journal XC Runner of the Year in 2011 and 2012 … San Mateo Daily Journal Track Athlete of the Year in 2012 ... School record holder for home cross country course, 400m (58.30) and 800m (2:10.51).

Personal: Born to Ronnie and Jody Goo on June 29, 1995 … Has one sister, Laney … Considered Long Beach State, UC Santa Barbara, University of Arizona and  Washington State before committing to come to NAU
