2015 Track & Field: Was a two-time All-Big Sky honoree at the Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Placed second in the women's mile with time of 5:03.27 and second in the women's distance medley relay ... Posted a career-best mile time of 4:51.43 when she finished 12th overall at the Iowa State Classic ... Finished second in the 3000m at the Friday Night Duals with a career-best time of 10:47.66. 

2014 Track & Field: Competed at four meets during the indoor season for the Lumberjacks... Helped the women's DMR team to to a fourth place finish at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 12:15.61... 2012 Track & Field: Led the Lumberjacks during the indoor season in the 800 meters and the mile with season-bests at the Big Sky Championships in both events ... Time of 2:11.71@ in the 800m was the third-best in the Big Sky all season, and her mile time of 4:52.41@ was fifth in the conference ... Finished fourth in both the 800m and mile at Big Sky Indoors ... Burst onto the national steeplechase scene during outdoors as part of a sensational freshman year ... Ended the season with the 12th-best time in the country for the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:05.80@), which she set at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships as part of a silver-medal performance ... Earned Second-Team All America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Des Moines, Iowa with a 16th-place finish and a time of 10:22.82 ... Also led the team in the 1,500 meters (4:23.46@) after a fourth-place finish at Big Sky Outdoors ... Ran a season-best in the 800 meters (2:12.83) at the Beach Invitational in Cerritos, Calif.

2011 Cross Country: Emerged as a solid top-five runner for the Lumberjacks in her first season with NAU ... Competed in five races total on the season, and was the third NAU finisher in four meets ... Best 5K time came at the Dave Murray Invitational, where she finished 13th in a time of 18:04.0 ... Finished in the top 40 at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree, posting a time of 18:19.20 (33rd) ... Competed in her first 6K race at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational, finishing in 21:41.7 (161st) ... Ran two solid races in her first postseason experiences, placing 26th (19:21.04) at the Big Sky Championships and 44th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships (22:29.3)
