Ran career-best in the 200m dash, 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles... Was clocked at 21.46 in the 200m dash at the Double Dual Meet... Ran a career-best 13.90 in the 110m hurdles at the Double Dual Meet to take first place in the event against Arizona State and University of Arizona... 2013: Saw substantial improvement in his second season with the Lumberjacks ... Had a 60-meter hurdle personal best at the NAU Tune-Up with a time of 8.05@, where he also finished as the top collegian ... Won his first Big Sky title at the conference indoor meet, capturing the 55-meter dash title in a time of 7.53 ... Steadily improved throughout the outdoor season as well, competing in the 110-meter hurdles in addition to opening up in the 400-meter hurdles for the first time in his career ... Best 400-meter hurdles effort of 56.98 came at the ASU Invitational ... PR in the 110-meter hurdles (14.25) came at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, where he also captured the silver medal for his first outdoor All-Big Sky honor ... Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round for the first time, ending his season with a 43rd-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 14.78.
