2014 Track & Field: Ran career-bests in both the 800m and 1000m run during the indoor season... Came up big at the Big Sky Indoor Championships where he finished second in the men's 800m run with a career-best time of 1:53.53... Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 800m run.
2013 Track & Field: Saw a fair amount of success in his freshman season at NAU, competing both indoors and outdoors ... Qualified for his first Big Sky meet with a time of 1:55.70@ in the 800 meters at the Mountain T's Invite ... Closed the indoor season with a 13th-place finish in the 800m at Big Sky Indoors ... Had the most success in the 1,500 meters outdoors, running a PR of 3:55.12 at the Sun Angel Classic ... Closed his outdoor season at Big Sky Outdoors in the same event, placing 15th in a time of 3:57.47.
2012 Cross Country: Only appeared in one meet ... Placed 33rd at the Grand Canyon Invitational with a time of 26:33.3 and helped the team to a fifth-place finish.
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field all four years at Weatherford High School, graduating in 2012 ... Holds his school's record in the mile (4:24.30) ... Earned the U.S. Army Top Student-Athlete award his senior year ... Won the 800-meter run in a time of 1:58.61 and finished runner-up in the 1600 meters (4:24.91) at the 2012 District 4-5A Championship ... Finished sixth in the 1600 meters at the Region 1-5A Championships the same year ... Won his class' award for Athlete of the Year all four years.

Graduated with honors and was a member of the National Honor Society at Weatherford ... Chose NAU for the "awesome running program" and the "sweet mountains" ... Most memorable feeling was coming around the last turn when he broke the school mile record, saying, "I've been chasing that feeling ever since."
