2014: Competed exclusively during the outdoor season in the javelin throw... Threw a personal-best 132-1(40.25m) at the Sun Angel Track Classic... Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships where she threw a best of 129-2 (39.36m)...

2013: Opened up in the javelin during the outdoor season ... Competed five times, with her best showing coming at the season opening Willie Williams Classic ... PR was a throw of 121-8 (37.08m) ... Was eligible for the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, where she placed 19th with a mark of 117-7 (35.84m).

High School: A 2012 graduate of Sam Barlow High School, where she competed in soccer, basketball, and track & field all four years ... Was selected First Team All-Mt. Hood Conference for the javelin all four years ... Helped her team to a team title in the Mt. Hood Conference in 2012 ... Won the discus and finished runner-up in the shot put and javelin at the 2012 Mt. Hood Conference Championships, giving her berths in all three events to the Oregon 6A Championships ... Cracked the Top 10 at the Oregon 6A Championships in 2012 with a 10th-place finish ... Helped her team to co-conference titles in 2011 and 2012 and conference titles in 2009-10 in soccer, and was named honorable mention all-conference in both soccer and basketball her senior year.
