2014: NAU's top performer in the men's 400m hurdles... Competed at four meets during the indoor season... Top performances came during the outdoor season... Took home a bronze medal from the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the men's 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 52.68... Competed in the 100m dash during the outdoor season running a career-best 11.48...

2013: Competed in just three meets indoors, but was the team leader in the 400-meter hurdles and played a key part of both relays outdoors ... Best showing indoors in the 400 meters (49.67) came at the NAU Invitational ... Opened up outdoors with a time of 54.00 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Willie Williams Invitational ... Steadily improved in the event until a clutch performance at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships resulted in a massive career-best time of 52.04 ... Medaled and earned All-Big Sky honors for the first time in his career at the conference meet with a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles ... Also contributed to a sixth-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay and a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter hurdles at that meet ... Closed his season with a first-career appearance in the NCAA West Preliminary Round, where he ended the meet 42nd in a time of 53.76.

2012: Ran the fourth-best 400-meter dash time indoors, clocking a personal-best 49.71 at the NAU Invite ... Saw continued success outdoors as NAU's top 400-meter hurdler, running a solid 52.91 at the Mt. SAC Relays for the second-best time all season in the Big Sky Conference ... Scored in his first-ever conference meet with a sixth-place effort in the 400m hurdles (53.95) and a fourth-place mark in the 4x100-meter relay (41.42).

High School: Only competed in sports during his senior year at John Muir High before graduating in 2011 ... Won the CIF championship in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 37.7, the third-fastest in his school’s history ... Finished the year with the fifth-fastest time in the state of California ... Competed with the L.A. Falcons national track team ... Also played football his senior year.

Personal: Born to Lakeisha Rice on Jan. 30, 1993 ... Has one older brother, Eddie; three younger brothers, William and twins Kevon and Keon; and five younger sisters, Lilly, Jasmine, Daina, Mauriya, and Moultric ... Chose NAU because of his excitement to work with Coach Jacoby after hearing he was coming out of retirement.
