• Set personal best of 13:39.58 placing 5^th in 5K at 2020 Husky Classic (College). 

2019 Outdoor: Competed in three meets... Set a PR in the Men's 10,000m Run at the 2019 Stanford Invite with a time of 28:22.76 to take sixth-place... Set a new PR in the Men's 1500m Run with a time of 3:48.74... Placed fifth in the Men's 5000m Run at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships...

2019 Indoor: Competed in three meets... 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Champion in the Men's 3000m Run with a time of 8:28.90... Finished third in the Men's Mile (4:12.27) and 5000m (14:41.83) Runs at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships to earn All-Big Sky in three events (3000m Run, Mile & 5000m Run)... 2019 Male Athlete of the Year for the Big Sky Conference...

2018: Placed first in the 3000m event at the Mountain T's Invite (8:31.90), second in mile with a time 4:14.31... Fifth-place in the 3000m event at Big Sky Indoor Championships (8:39.57)...First-place in the 3000m at the 39th Sun Angel Classic with a time of 8:23.25... PR of 13:50.16 in the 5000m event set at the Bryan Clay Invite

2017: Redshirted indoor season, but competed at three outdoor meets … Placed sixth overall in the 5000m run at Big Sky Championships, adding three points to the men’s cause
