Collegiate Best Dives: 1-meter: 290.55 (2/28/24); 3-meter: 319.05 (12/16/23); Platform: 236.70 (12/16/23)

2023-24 (Senior): Recorded collegiate highs in all three events this season… 1-meter at the WAC Championship (290.55) … 3-meter against New Mexico State (319.05) and in the platform (236.70) … Qualified for NCAA Zone E Championships in Flagstaff.

2022-23 (Junior): Recorded two new collegiate bests in 1m and 3m events... Found a first place finish on the 1m boards at the UNLV Invite with 283.80, marking her new top score in the event... With a fourth place finish marked her new 3m best against Colorado State and North Texas with 291.90... Found season best in platforms with 215.90 at second Lumberjack Diving Invite... Earned first-ever medal at WAC Championships with bronze in the 3m event while finishing sixth in the 1m event and 12th in platforms.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Recorded collegiate bests in all three diving events throughout the season... Found top score in 3m against New Mexico with 277.65... Posted two collegiate bests at the second Lumberjack Diving Invite in the 1m event with 263.40 and the platform event with 233.03... Competed in all three events at WAC Championships while moving on to consolation finals for the Jacks in both 3m and platforms... Competed in platform event at NCAA Zone E Championships.

2020-21 (Freshman): Dove the 3-meter event at the WAC Championships, placing 9th with final tally of 267.80... Competed in two regular season meets… One double dual on Jan. 30 against NMSU and Arizona, placing sixth in the 1-meter (211.35) and fifth in the 3 (222.75)... One double dual against San Diego State and Idaho on Feb. 5, placing in fifth place on both the one (249.75) and the 3-meter (268.90)... Earned season best dives during the two day double dual against SDSU and UI.

High school: Dove for ten years under her head coach, Josh Rusbolt, splitting her time between club and high school at Chaparral under Richie Kryzanowski. She was a part of a team that earned State Championship recognition from 2016-2019.


Personal: Reaney Lee Preston was born in Scottsdale, Ariz., and is the daughter of Katie and Paul Preston and older sister to Riley. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and taking photos. Her favorite memory includes going to Morocco with her friends. She chose NAU for the academic and athletic programs.
