2025 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2025 Indoor: Finished sixth at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open with a mile time of 5:06.17… Placed 12th at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a personal best mile time of 5:00.51… Ran a 3000 meter time of 10:10.31 to place ninth… Finished fourth at the Ron Mann Classic with a 3000 meter time of 9:52.60… Placed 13th at the 2025 Husky Classic with a personal best 5000 meter time of 16:15.35… Ran a 3000 meter time of 9:41.75 at the 2025 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship to place fourth… Finished fourth with a 5000 meter time of 17:02.13.

2024 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 1,500-meter at the Willie Williams Classic with a time of 4:34.21…Ran a personal best 5,000-meter time of 16:25.42 at the Bryan Clay Invitational to place ninth…Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:31.07 at the Desert Heat Classic to finish seventh…Was the Big Sky Champion in the 10,000-meter after running a personal best time of 34:46.12…Finished fifth in the 5,000-meter at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 17:13.41…Finished 25th overall in the 10,000-meter at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 35:02.43.

2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal best 5K time of 16:32.01 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Ran a personal best time of 4:35.45 in the 1,500-meter at the Desert Heat Classic…Finished sixth in the 10K at the Big Sky Championships with a personal best time of 37:51.43…Placed eighth in the 5K at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 17:23.17.

2022 Outdoor: Ran 5K personal best time of 16:46.09 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Set personal best 1500-meter time of 4:36.62 at the Sun Angel Classic Invitational.

2022 Indoor: Ran personal best mile time of 5:07.86 at the NAU Tune Up...Set personal best 3,000-meter time of 10:34.42 at Lumberjack Team Challenge.

I chose NAU because of the great team atmosphere that I felt talking to women on the team, the great coaching staff, and because I fell in love with Flagstaff and everything it has to offer to runners.
