• Cross Country: Won second consecutive Big Ten title; First Team All-Big Ten and All-Great Lakes Region; runner-up at NCAA Regionals; competed at NCAA Championships; earned multiple Big Ten Athlete of the Week honors and national recognition from USTFCCCA; six Top-2 finishes including wins at Wright State and Wisconsin.

2022–23

• Cross Country: Big Ten Champion and Athlete of the Year; NCAA All-American (10th place); First Team All-Big Ten and All-Great Lakes Region; NCAA Regional runner-up; Top-2 in all six regular-season meets; named National Athlete of the Week by USTFCCCA.

• Indoor: Ran fastest two 3000m times of the season for OSU (9:15.24 best); third in 5000m and fourth in 3000m at Big Tens; multiple top-3 finishes in the mile.

• Outdoor: Big Ten 10,000m Champion (34:43.37) and 5th in 5000m; NCAA semifinalist in 5000m; multiple wins and top-3 finishes in the 1500m; earned Big Ten Co-Track Athlete of the Week.

2021–22

• Cross Country: NCAA qualifier; Top-5 finishes at Big Ten and Great Lakes Regionals; placed 66th at NCAA Championships; program’s 9th-ever NCAA individual qualifier.

• Indoor: Third in 3000m (9:12.26, program record) at Big Tens; won mile at Rod McCravy Memorial.

• Outdoor: Helped OSU win Big Ten team title; second in 5000m at Big Tens; qualified for NCAA Regionals; won Jesse Owens Classic 1500m (4:21.20).

2020–21

• Cross Country: 25th at Big Ten Championships.

• Indoor: PRs of 9:28.99 (3000m) and 4:56.90 (mile).

• Outdoor: Top-3 finishes in multiple 1500m races; 8th in 5000m at Big Tens; PRs of 4:31.54 (1500m) and 16:18 (5000m).

• 2019 OHSAA Division III Cross Country State Champion in record time (17:47)
