2024: Competed in five meets this season… Finished 11th at the George Kyte Classic with a 2.5 mile time of 14:58.4… Placed seventh at the Dave Murray Invitational with a 6K time of 21:14.8… Ran a 5K time of 16:50.8 at the Joe Piane Invitational to place second… Finished sixth at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a 6K time of 21:02.7… Placed fifth at the 2024 Big Sky Conference XC Championships with a 5K time of 16:53.2.

2023: Competed in two meets this season...Finished 136th at the Virginia Invitational with a 5K time of 18:01.1…Placed 24th in the B race at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a 6K time of 22:11.4.

2022: Competed in six meets this season…Placed seventh at the George Kyte Classic, running a 2.5 mile time of 15:45.4…Finished 55th at the Cowboy Jamboree with a 6K time of 21:21.6…Ran a 6K time of 20:37 at the Nuttycombe Invitational to place 66th…Finished 11th at the Big Sky Championships with a 5K time of 17:00.3…Placed 25th at the NCAA Mountain Regional with a 6K time of 20:44.8, earning All-Region honors…Competed at the NCAA National Championships, running a 6K time of 20:37.2 to finish 99th.

2021: Placed 43rd at FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals (22:02.8)...Finished 60th at Lehigh Paul Short (21:15.0)...Placed fourth at the George Kyte Classic (15:56.6).

High School: Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:42...Had a personal best time of 9:55 in the 3K...Ran a personal best cross country 5K time of 17:40.

TF/XC Accomplishments: Qualified for and competed in the Nike Cross Nationals meet 3 years in a row...Two-time team state titles in cross country (2016 and 2017); runner-ups in 2018 and 2019...Two-time team state titles in track & field (2017 and 2018); runner-ups in 2019...Cross Country Team Captain junior and senior years of high school.
