2022: Competed in five meets throughout the season…Placed third at the George Kyte Classic, running a 2.5 mile time of 15:20.0…Finished sixth at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 20:32.5…Placed 40th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 20:27.1…Competed at the Big Sky Championships, running a 5K time of 16:36.1 to finish second and earn All-Conference honors…Finished 47th at the NCAA National Championships after running a time of 20:16.0.

2020-21 (COVID-19 Season): Placed 196th at NCAA Championships (22:23.4)...Finished 17th at Big Sky Championships (18:13.1)...Placed 71st at Battle Born Collegiate Challenge (21:30.3)...Finished 22nd at Silver State Collegiate Challenge (20.55.9).

2019: Placed 32nd at Nuttycombe Invitational (21:57.9)...Finished 52nd at John McNichols Invitational (18:07.9).

High School: Ran a personal best time of 4:57.11 in the 1,600-meter...Had a personal best 800-meter time of 2:16.30...Ran a personal best 3,200-meter time of 10:47.77...Had a personal best cross country 5K time of 17:35.

TF/XC Accomplishments: High school cross country Footlocker Nationals Qualifier...Washington State 2A State Championship 3200m record holder...Three-time Washington State Champion.
