2010 Track &Field: In third track season with the Lumberjacks, hefocused on the 10,000-meter run during the outdoor season, andrecorded a new personal best in the event at the Stanford PaytonJordan Cardinal Invitational (28:52.57) …The PR gave him the17th-fastest time in the nation heading into the NCAA West Regional… Finished second overall in the 10K at the Big Sky OutdoorChampionships in a time of 30:06.77@ … Took fifth place inthe 5,000-meter run the following day (14:26.18@) … At theBig Sky Indoor Championships, ran 14:24.13@ to earn a third-placefinish and a spot on the podium in the 5K … Also took partin the 3,000-meter run, placing sixth (8:17.26@) … EarnedNCAA provisional qualifying time of 14:07.33 at the HuskyClassic.
2009 CrossCountry: Capped off his junior season with a 59th-placeoverall finish for the second-straight year at the NCAA CrossCountry Championship in a time of 30:32.7 … Finished eighthoverall, and second on the team, at the NCAA Mountain RegionChampionships in 30:35.9 to earn All-Region honors … At theBig Sky Championships, finished third in a time of 25:32.8 to earnAll-Big Sky honors for the third-straight year … Ran 24:10at the NCAA Pre-Nationals to give himself a 16th-place and best 8Ktime of the season … Opened his season with a 13th-placeoverall finish at the Cowboy Jamboree, crossing the finish line in24:22.7.
2009 Track &Field: Followed up solid freshman campaign with threetop-five finishes at Big Sky Championship events … Tookthird place in the 3,000m at the Big Sky Indoor Championship(8:34.53) and fourth place in the 5,000m (15:00.57) …Season-best time in the 5k came at the Husky Classic 13:55.27… During the outdoor campaign, claimed fifth place in the10,000m at the outdoor conference championships (30:59.64) …Was also a competitor in the 5k.
2008 CrossCountry: Finished season coming in 59th overall (30:33.2)and third on the team at NCAA Championships ... Placed 11th at NCAAMountain Regional (29:59.1) ...
