2022: Member of the National Championship team...Competed in five meets throughout the season…Placed fourth at the George Kyte Classic, running a 4.5 mile time of 22:31.3…Finished 137th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with an 8K time of 24:17.4…Competed at the Big Sky Championships, finishing fourth to earn All-Conference honors…Placed 14th at the Mountain Regional with a time of 28:17.8, earning All-Region honors…Finished 25th at the NCAA National Championships, running a time of 29:27.2 to earn All-American honors.

2021: Member of NCAA Championship team...Earned All-American honors after placing 39th at NCAA Championships with a personal best time of 29:30.3...Placed 30th at Mountain Regionals 10K (30:33.7)...Ran at FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals 8K (24:24.5)...Competed at the Cowboy Jamboree 8K (24:50.1).

2020-21 (COVID-19 Season):...Member of National Championship team...Finished 44th at NCAA Championships (30:50.9)...Placed 9th at Big Sky Championships 8K (24:24.1)...Competed at Battle Born Collegiate Challenge 8K (23:23.2)...Competed at Silver State Collegiate Challenge 8K (24:21.5)...Competed at Oklahoma State Invitational 8K (24:21.8).

2019: Placed third and set personal best with 30:30.8 at the 8K Mountain Regional Championship...Competed at John McNichols Invitational 8K (24:04.5)...Competed at George Kyte Classic 4.5M (22:29.0).

2018: Redshirt.

High School: Ran a personal best time of 8:00.92 in the 3K...Had a personal best mile time of 4:00.05...Ran a personal best 800-meter time of 1:52.98...Had a personal best 2 mile time of 8:45.95.

TF/XC Accomplishments: 5K qualifier for 2019 Outdoor Nationals.
