2022: Member of the National Championship team...Competed in four meets this season…Finished 60th at the Nuttycombe Invitational, running an 8K time of 23:50.4…Placed seventh at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 23:35.9, earning All-Conference honors…Named Big Sky Freshman of the Year…Ran a 10K time of 28:33.9 at the Mountain Regional to finish 27th…Competed at the NCAA National Championship, running a time of 30:37.0 to finish 151st.

High School: Ran a personal best time of 50.26 in the 400-meter...Had a personal best 800-meter time of 1:48.07...Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 3:39.59...Had a personal best time of 3:56.24 in the mile...Ran a personal time of 8:33.32 in the 3,200-meter...Had a personal best 3 mile time of 13:48.00...Ran a personal best 5K time of 14:03.29.

Why did you choose NAU?

I chose NAU because the team’s culture goes much deeper than just wanting to win national championships. The coaches and athletes hold each other accountable as well as have fun, which I wanted in a program. Living at altitude was also a major bonus as the training lined up similarly to what I wanted in a program. Most importantly, NAU felt like home and somewhere I could grow as both an athlete and an individual.
