2011 Track & Field: Finished fifth overallin the 5,000-meter run (13:38.36) at the NCAA Outdoor Championshipsfor his fourth All-America honor of the year ... Held thethird-best collegiate mark in the 5K for the outdoor season withthe second-fastest time in NAU history of 13:26.94 ... Earned firstbirth in 5K outdoor final with the fifth-best time at the NCAA WestPrelims (13:35.03) ... 2010 CrossCountry: Claimed All-American honors for the first time atthe NCAA Cross Country Championships after placing 16th overall… Was the top finisher for the Lumberjacks at the nationalchampionship event and finished the 10K LaVern Gibson ChampionshipCourse in a time of 30:10.7 … Pushed his streak of top-fivefinishes to eight after placing third overall at the NCAA MountainRegion Championships, running to a career-best 10K mark of 29:33.0… It was the highest finish at the regional event, earninghim his first career All-Region honors … Took second at theBig Sky Championships behind teammate David McNeill in a time of21:30.6 for his highest finish in an NAU uniform … Followedup strong 2009 performance at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with afifth-place finish (23:33.9) in 2010 to pace the Lumberjacks… It was his second-straight top-five finish in the 8K event… Opened season with third-place overall finish at the AztecInvite (25:30.2), matching his 2009 finish from San Diego.

2009 CrossCountry: Ran in three races during injury-shortened seasonfor the Lumberjacks, finishing in the top five in each one …Finished fourth overall, one spot behind teammate JordanChipangama, in the “blue” race at the NCAAPre-Nationals for best 8K time of the year (23:49) … At theCowboy Jamboree, helped men’s team capture title with afifth-place finish in a time of 23:55.4 … Took third at theAztec Invite in season debut, finishing behind teammates Chipangamaand Ahmed Osman to give the Lumberjacks a clean sweep of thetop-three finishers.
2009 Track &Field: Capped off sensational freshman year with a19th-place finish in the prelims of the 5,000m at the NCAA OutdoorChampionships … At the West Region Championship, finished10th in the 5k with a time of 14:16.20 … Took second placein both the 5k (14:39.35) and 10,000m (30:53.59) races at the BigSky Outdoor Championships … During the indoor campaignclaimed the title in the 3,000m run at the Big Sky IndoorChampionships and took fifth place in the 5k (15:04.05).
