2013 Cross Country: Competed at five meets for the Lumberjacks... Top finish came at the Big Sky Championships where she finished 15th with a time of 17:34.4... Finished 20th at the George Kyte Classic with a time of 18:23.1... Finished 40th at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 19:12.75

Before NAU: Attended Pima Community College where she was a member of both the cross country and track teams… Finished 17th at the 2012 NJCAA Cross Country National Championships… 2012 Track and Field 1500m Regional Champion… 2011 Cross Country Conference Champion... Awarded Academic All-American for cross country and track.

 Personal: Born to Thomas and Donna Shrader on November 13, 1992… Has two siblings, her teammate Brian and her sister Jackie… Jamie enjoys hiking, swimming and watching movies.
