High School: The Colorado state champion in the mile (2011, 2012) … Also a Colorado state champion in the 4A 800m (2012) … Set a new all-time women’s Colorado state record as part of Thompson Valley High School’s 4x800m relay team (9:00.07) … Personally, Ernst holds the TVHS 800m record as well (2:10.36) … Colorado high school 4A track and field state champions (2009, 2012) … Colorado high school 4A cross country state champions (2009, 2011) … The 4x800m relay 4A state champions (2009, 2012) … The 4x400m relay 4A state champions (2012) 

Personal: Born on June 28, 1994 to Ingrid McMillan-Ernst … Has one sister, Helena … Hobbies include salsa dancing and singing … Chose NAU because of the proximity to the mountains and being able to train at altitude … Person she admires most is her mother because, “She has raised my sister and myself all on her own and is my rock and my role model. The strongest woman I know.”
