2024: Competed in six meets this season… Finished tenth at the George Kyte Classic with a 2.5 mile time of 14:56.4… Championed the Joe Piane Invitational with a 5K time of 16:50.6… Ran a 6K time of 20:02.9 at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals to place 31st… Finished eight at the 2024 Big Sky Conference XC Championships with a 5K time of 17:01.0… Placed 17th at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 20:14.4… Ran a 6K time of 20:18.4 at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships to place 60th.

2023: Competed in four meets this season...Placed fourth at the George Kyte Classic with a 2.5 mile time of 14:47.5…Finished 14th at the Virginia Invitational with a 5K time of 16:40.5…Placed second at the Dave Murray Invitational with a 6K time of 20:41.3…Finished 18th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a 6K time of 20:16.9.

2022: Did not compete.

High School: Ran a personal best time of 2:07 in the 800-meter...Had a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:26...Ran a personal best 3K time of 9:57.

TF/XC Accomplishments: 2022 State U20 1500m and 800m champion...2022 State U20 cross country champion...2021 National 3000m bronze medal .
