2016 Cross Country: All Big Sky...Was a mainstay at the top of the results page for her entire junior campaign at NAU...Opened the season strong by placing third at the George Kyte Classic (15:50.1)...Best showing of the season came with a second-place finish at the Mesa T-Bird Classic (17:55.7)...Also competed at the Roy Griak and Nuttycombe Invitational...Finished sixth at the Big Sky Championships with a time of 17:54...Followed it up by coming in 67th at the NCAA Mountain Regionals (21:54.4).   

2015 Cross Country: Competed in five events for the Lumberjacks … Opened the season with a fifth-place finish at George Kyte, followed by an 11th place mark at the Cowboy Jamboree (21:40.9) … Ran at the Adidas Invitational in Madison, Wis., before placing 33rd at conference championships and scoring for NAU at NCAA Mountain Regionals  

2014 Cross Country: Opened the 2014 campaign leading the Lumberjacks with a seventh-place finish at the Dave Murray Invitational hosted by Arizona ... Scored for the ‘Jacks at the Big Sky Championships with her 18th-place finish ... Also competed at the Huskie Invitational, NCAA Pre-Nationals and the NCAA Mountain Regionals

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted her freshman season

High School: Part of her high school’s varsity track & field team, who was named dual meet league champions all four years she attended … Named San Mateo Daily Journal XC Runner of the Year in 2011 and 2012 … Also San Mateo Daily Journal’s 2012 Track Athlete of the Year ... Holds the school record for home cross country course, 400m (58.30) and 800m (2:10.51)

Personal: Born on June 29...Daughter of Ronnie and Jody…Has one sister, Laney...Was a competitive dancer before coming to NAU to pursue running full time...Favorite moment so far at NAU was the women's 2016 Big Sky Championship.
