2024: Competed in two meets this season… Finished 19th at the Joe Piane Invitational with a 5K time of 17: 46.3… Placed 36th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a 6K time of 21:49.5.

2023: Competed in five meets this season...Placed first at the Dave Murray Invitational with a 6K time of 20:32.5…Finished 44th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a 6K time of 20:41.6…Placed fifth at the Big Sky Conference Championship with a 5K time of 16:50.9 to earn All-Conference honors…Ran a 6K time of 19:55.2 at the NCAA Mountain Regional to place 15th and earn All-Region honors…Finished 76th at the NCAA National Championships with a 6K time of 20:31.1.

2022 (New Mexico): In debut season with the Lobos competed in a pair of meets…ran a season-best time of 21:33.9 in the 6K at the Nuttycombe Invitational on Oct. 14.

TF/XC Accomplishments: 2022 winner of British Universities’ 3000-meter steeplechase…2022 UK U23 2,000-meter steeplechase record holder…Winner of England Senior 3,000-meter steeplechase 2021 and 2022…Represented Club at 2020 Cross Country Championships in Belgium…Represented Great Britain Juniors for 3,000-meter steeplechase in 2019.
