2024: Competed in four meets this season… Finished 25th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with an 8K time of 23:15.7… Placed fifth at the 2024 Big Sky Conference XC Championships with an 8K time of 23:29.6… Ran a 10K time of 29:37.4 at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Championships to place 38th… Finished 38th at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships with a 10K time of 29:24.7.

2023: Competed in five meets this season...Placed second at the George Kyte Classic with a 4.5 mile time of 21:47.7…Finished 17th at the Virginia Invitational with an 8K time of 23:41.6…Finished 29th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with an 8K time of 23:57.6…Placed 15th at the NCAA Mountain Regional with a 10K time of 29:24.3 to earn All-Region honors…Finished 21st at the NCAA National Championships with a 10K time of 29:32.6 to earn All-American honors.

2022: Member of the National Championship team...Competed in six meets this season…Finished sixth at the George Kyte Classic, running a 4.5 mile time of 22:51.3…Placed second at the Coaching Tree Invitational with a 8K time of 23:34.7…Finished 39th at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 24:01.4…Ran a time of 23:37.4 at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 33rd…Placed 17th at the Mountain Regional with a 10K time of 28:18.2, earning All-Region honors…Competed at the NCAA National Championships, finishing 19th with a time of 29:19.5 to earn All-American honors.

2021: Finished 58th at Mountain Regionals (31:39.9)...Placed 103rd at FSU Invite/Pre-Nat (24:16.6)...Finished 22nd at Cowboy Jamboree (24:16.6).

2020-21 (COVID-19 Season): Placed 19th at Oklahoma State Invitational (24:23.6).

High School: Ran a personal best 1:59 in the 800-meter...Had a personal best 1,600-meter time of 4:18...Ran a personal best 3,200-meter time of 8:59...Had a personal best 5K time of 15:06.

TF/XC Accomplishments: 3rd high-schooler under 9 in the 3200 on Alaskan soil...2019 XC State Champion...New and Old Alaska State Course XC record holder (15:06 & 15:24).

Why did you choose NAU?

I choose NAU to grow and challenge myself. I want to go all in on running, and so does everyone else here, the Flagstaff trails are also the best in the country. I am here to test the limits and find myself; my teammates and coaches are the perfect people to go with on my journey.

Academic: Majoring in Communication.

Personal: Son of Maylen...Brother to Nico...Birthday is March 15.
