2017 Cross Country: Competed in one event, the Arizona State University Invitational and placed third (18:52.77) the highest out of all NAU players to help take 3rd place for the team at that event. 

2016 Cross Country: Did not compete this season

2015 Cross Country: Redshirted her freshman season

High School: Finished in ninth-place her senior year and 28th her junior year at the Arizona Division I Cross Country State meet ... During both those state runs, her high school team place second overall ... Four year varsity scholar-athlete ... Competed at Nike Cross Regionals, Woodbrigde and Mt. Sac ... Did not race much during her freshman and sophomore seasons due to injury

Personal: Born on December 12...Daughter of Lou and Marla...Has two sisters, Amanda and Molly ... Chose NAU because of the great opportunities to train and race in a beautiful place with amazing coaches and a great team … Her older sister attends NAU as well, which Shannon calls a plus to be with her.
