2017 Cross Country: All-American...All Big Sky...Big Sky All-Academic team honoree...Was an integral part of NAU's success during his Junior season capturing five top three finishes throughout the season...Came in second-place at the George Kyte Classic to start the year finishing with a time of 23:02.6...Followed that up with another second-place finish with a time of 23:11.25 at the Greater Louisville Classic...Came in fourth-place at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational (23:41.9)...Won first place at the Big Sky Conference Championships en route to helping NAU capture yet another conference title with a time of 23:21.0...At the NCAA Mountain Regionals he came in third-place clocking in at 30:16.5, as well as finishing in third at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, KY (29:04.55) as he helped the Lumberjacks win their second National Title in just two years.
2016 Cross Country: All-American...All Big Sky...Big Sky All-Academic team honoree...Followed up his outstanding freshman campaign with another great season...Finished 17th at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 24:15.7...Placed third at the Big Sky Championships with a run of 24:16...Finished in seventh-place at the NCAA Mountain Regionals (31:00.9)...Came in 23rd at the NCAA National Championships (30:13.0), helping to clinch the first national championship for not only NAU in cross country, but in school history.
2015 Cross Country: Had an outstanding freshman campaign … Opened the season with a third-place finish at George Kyte (23:12.6) before recording a ninth-place overall mark at the Cowboy Jamboree (25:09.2) and a 75th-place time, out of 244 competing athletes, at the Adidas Invitational (24:18.4) … Top finisher for NAU at both Big Sky Conference Championships (3rd – 25:02.7) and NCAA Mountain Regionals (14th – 30:22.31), earning first-team all-conference and all-regional honors in the process
High School: School record holder for 1600m (4:20.98) and 3200m (9:28.02) ... Ran a 14:59.48 5K race in cross country ... Runner-up at state for cross country and Division I state champion for 3200m ... Ran at Nike Southwest Regionals, placing eighth with a 15:00.03 time ... Qualified for Nike Cross Nationals, where he finished 43rd with a time of 16:02 in its 5K ... Named cross country all-American winner by the United Dairymen of Arizona
