From Wroclaw, Poland, Filip Kanczula spent his last 6 years coaching on a pro tour. One of his players – Hubert Hurkacz is currently ranked 37 in ATP rankings. He coached Hurkacz to the top 30 ranking in the world in juniors, and helped with the transition to the pro tour. Kanczula has also coached a doubles player to top 200 in the ATP ranking. Polishing national junior teams, he coached several of them at European championships.
 
Filip earned BBA in entrepreneurship from Lamar University, where he spent his collegiate career. He has earned top 25 national doubles ranking with head coach, Maciej Bogusz, as a partner and top 125 singles national ranking. Filip was a southland conference player of the year in 2008.
