2023 Outdoor: Ran a season best 1,500-meter time of 4:44.37 at the GCU Invitational…Finished fourth in the 5K at the Willie Williams Classic with a time of 17:9.73…Ran a personal best 5K time of 17:11.74 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Desert Heat Classic with a personal best time of 11:17.21.

2023 Indoor: Competed in the mile at the NAU Tune Up, finishing fifth with a time of 5:20.73.

2022 Outdoor: Competed at two meets this season.

2022 Indoor: Ran personal best 800-meter time of 2:22.08 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.

2021 Outdoor: Ran a personal best 5K time of 17:55.71 at the Desert Heat Classic...Set an 800m personal best time of 2:18.35 at the Willie Williams Classic...Ran a personal best 1500m time of 4:38.83 at the Willie Williams Classic.

2020 Indoor: Set personal best in Mile with 4:57.13 at 2020 Husky Classic (College)...Set personal best with 18:13.59 in 5K at Big Sky Championships...Set personal best in 3K with 10:15.72 at Big Sky Championships.

High School: Ran a personal best 1,600-meter time of 5:05...Ran a personal best 2,000-meter steeplechase time of 7:40...Ran a personal best 3,200-meter time of 10:48...Ran a personal best 5K time of 17:30.

I chose NAU because of the great environment to train and compete. Flagstaff is one of the best places in the country to train and the amazing people here make it even better.
