2017: Competed at a total of six meets (five indoor, one outdoor)

High School: Competed in track & field, football and wrestling at Coronado High School ... Named to the All-City football team as a defensive back in 2015-16 ... Received fourth place at regionals, as well as the "Most Improved Award" during the 2014-15 wrestling season ... Competed at 2015 AIA State Championships, securing 13th place in the 400m, 14th in the 4x100m and 14th in the 4x400m ... The following track season, went back to state and finished third in the 400, sixth in the 200, sixth in the 4x100 and eighth in the 4x400 ... Named "Most Valuable Player" during both the 2015 and 2016 track seasons 

Personal: Born to Damon and Christy Hollis on August 15th, 1998 ... Has two siblings, Lorenz and Janelle ... Hobbies include lifting weights, and he also plays  the piano, guitar and keyboard ... Most memorable sports moment in his athletic career came during a football game in which he intercepted a pass and took it 88 yards to the house to give his team the lead, which proved to be the game-winning play ... People he admires most are his siblings because "they proved to me there is no success without struggle" ... Chose NAU because "it is the best state college for engineering, forestry and natural sciences"
